My background includes hands on construction experience as a carpenter prior to and during college, followed by a full time career in the fire service. I was hired as a career firefighter at age 21 and continue to serve today at the rank of Fire Captain, with additional responsibility as a Fire Prevention Officer.
I established my inspection company at age 25 and have continued to operate it alongside my fire service career. This combined experience provides a practical perspective when evaluating residential structures, systems, and safety concerns. Inspections are performed with an emphasis on identifying conditions that affect safety, performance, and long term reliability.
